The Agency is recruiting for a Business Analyst on behalf of our client.

• Extract data from various financial documents and perform data analysis to generate deeper insights into the company’s performance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to keep management informed on key business progress and metrics.
• Create user-friendly manuals and documentation for automated processes, and support staff training to enhance adoption of new tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation solutions to address them.
• Test all automated processes thoroughly and respond promptly to resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the real estate sector, with a strong track record in automation and developing dashboards.
• Proficient in Power Platform applications and the MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information across business functions.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Salary: CI$65,000 – CI$85,000 per annum.
