The Agency is recruiting for a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive – Jersey/Guernsey/London on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of strategic business development initiatives, events, and campaigns aligned with firmwide objectives.
• Coordinate and manage BD plans for designated practice groups, ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing and communications teams.
• Provide logistical and strategic support for client-facing activities, including travel preparation and follow-up engagement.
• Maintain and analyse CRM data to support reporting, pipeline tracking, and growth planning across jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a professional services environment, ideally within a legal setting.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with proficiency in CRM systems and event execution processes.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
