The Agency is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer on behalf of our client.

• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of the company’s strategic goals and initiatives, including staff performance and operational efficiency across all business functions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain effective communication with external parties to stay aligned with relevant laws and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates to management on key developments and progress within the business.
• Stay informed on industry changes, policy updates, and market trends to proactively adjust business strategies.
• Maintain the highest standards of client service, addressing and resolving any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of professional growth by ensuring consistent training opportunities and regular feedback to support employee development.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA).
• At least 15 years of experience in the funds industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands corporate governance frameworks and AML regulations.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and consistently achieving company targets.

Salary: US$200,000 – US$300,000 per annum.
