The Agency is recruiting for a Client Director on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Take on a senior role with direct responsibility for client relationships, team management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Specialised Expertise: Apply and deepen your knowledge of Cayman Islands trusts, corporate entities, and regulatory frameworks in a high-level fiduciary capacity.

Global Exposure: Collaborate with international offices and engage in cross-border business development and brand promotion efforts.

• Oversee and maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction and retention across the company.
• Develop, track, and manage company-wide KPIs to monitor staff performance and promote continuous progress toward set goals.
• Drive business growth by attracting new clients through strategic marketing across various channels.
• Ensure effective team scheduling, clear task allocation, and implementation of professional development initiatives.
• Liaise with third-party service providers, stakeholders, and clients on all relevant matters.

Requirements:

• A professional qualification, such as a CPA, along with STEP membership, is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within a financial services firm.
• In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands trusts, foundation companies, and corporate structures.
• Proven experience drafting and managing corporate documentation, including registers and board minutes.
• A collaborative team player, capable of working independently while effectively delegating when necessary.

Salary: US$160,000 – US$175,000 per annum.
