The Agency is recruiting for a Client Director – Trust & Fiduciary Services on behalf of our client.

• Oversee a portfolio of trust and fiduciary clients, ensuring high standards of service and administration.
• Lead and support a team of professionals, providing technical guidance and operational oversight.
• Review client financial information and ensure appropriate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage complex client matters while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Extensive senior-level, client-facing experience within a trust and fiduciary services organisation.
• Chartered Accountant qualification strongly preferred; legal professionals with relevant fiduciary administration and financial review experience may be considered.
• Strong technical expertise in trust administration, financial oversight and regulatory requirements, with risk and compliance experience advantageous.
• Experience in the BVI or another established international financial centre, with the ability to commit to a long-term appointment.
