The Agency is recruiting for a Client Onboarding Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
 

• Facilitate seamless client onboarding and build strong client relationships.
• Work with client services teams to uphold high-quality standards.
• Lead a team handling entity formation services and compliance tasks.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirement.
• Enhance efficiency in managing client changes and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary contact with authorities, ensuring prompt responses to information requests.
• Mentor and train team members to boost performance and efficiency.

 
Requirements
 

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Legal, Finance or Business.
• At least 5 years of relevant Business and Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Client Due Diligence requirements.
• Experience with ViewPoint and 3E database systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Extensive regulatory compliance knowledge and experience.

 
Salary: US$105K – US$120K per annum.
