The Agency is recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager on behalf of our client.

• Oversee client portfolio management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate records.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, delivering proactive support across administrative, compliance, and service-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships through tailored service initiatives.
• Support client engagement and marketing activities, contributing to broader team projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven, with the discretion to handle confidential information effectively.
• High digital proficiency, particularly across core business software tools; familiarity with specialized platforms is a plus.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
