• Cultivate strong client relationships to understand and address their financial needs through personalized solutions.
• Managing sales activities and leveraging digital tools.
• Assist in acquiring and retaining clients through proactive engagement and marketing initiatives
• Deliver superior customer service across all interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to maintain security and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a focus on sales or operations.
• Understanding of the regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of financial reporting is a plus.
