Temporary. Client Services Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a Client Services Administrator on behalf of our client. This is initially a 2-month contract. Immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all client documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely correction of any discrepancies.
- Oversee the client entity review process to ensure all actionable items are resolved within required timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to identify and resolve AML-related issues.
- Investigate and address data integrity concerns and error-handling matters.
- Perform reviews, including trigger event reviews, to support ongoing business requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements, with relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Viewpoint is an asset.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and show initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Only Caymanian/ RERC/ PR holder candidates will be considered at this time.
Salary: US$25 – US$30 per hour.
