The Agency is recruiting for a Client Services Director on behalf of our client.

Global Influence: Play a key role in serving a diverse international client base within a prestigious company.

Leadership Opportunity: Lead a high-performing team while shaping client service strategy and contributing to company-wide governance and compliance efforts.

Strategic Impact: Drive client retention and regulatory compliance through hands-on involvement in decision-making and business planning.

• Oversee financial processes, including fee structures, audits, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Lead and support the team by monitoring deliverables, providing regular feedback, and offering coaching and development as needed.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to address compliance-related inquiries and ensure ongoing alignment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of dedicated clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and consistent communication.
• Drive strategic improvements to client board meeting practices, aligning outcomes with organisational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation such as ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, including at least 8 years in reinsurance and 5 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Up to US$180,000 per annum.
