The Agency is recruiting for a Client Services Director – Guernsey  on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Lead a high-performing fiduciary team while overseeing a prestigious portfolio of client relationships.

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of fiduciary client relationships, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team while guiding the resolution of complex client and operational matters.
• Contribute to business development by strengthening relationships with clients, advisors, and professional intermediaries.
• Maintain strong governance, risk management, and operational standards while supporting the financial performance of the team.

Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level fiduciary experience, including leading and developing professional teams.
• Recognised professional qualification in trust, governance, or a related discipline (e.g. STEP, ICSA, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in trust administration, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proven leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to make sound decisions in a complex environment.

Salary: US$120,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
