The Agency is recruiting for a Client Services Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data collection and input, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Streamline workflows and implement alerts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Oversee fee payment processes, maintain records, and manage access controls.
  • Lead training sessions and identify further operational training needs across the organization.
  • Submit monthly documentation in accordance with policies.

Requirements:   

  • Relevant professional qualifications such as STEP are desirable.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within a team, while also working autonomously.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility to stay organised and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and specialised software such as Viewpoint.
  • Only Caymanian candidates will be considered.

Salary: US$110,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
