The Agency is recruiting for a Client Services Officer on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding process, manage, and update client portfolio.
  • Address and resolve client and investor inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Process share registration transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements for clients and investors.
  • Ensure accurate completion of AML and self-certification documents.
  • Work with the FATCA/CRS officer to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
  • Support in conducting Economic Substance reviews and filings.
  • Follow and maintain internal control systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to fulfill client expectations and deadlines.
  • Handle audit and regulatory obligations related to client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional Qualification in Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML), FATCA, CRS, and Economic Substance regulations.
  • Familiarity with relevant financial and compliance software systems.
  • Previous experience in client services, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Salary: Upto US$80K per annum.
