The Agency is recruiting for a Communications Specialist on behalf of our client. 6 months. ASAP start. Caymanian/RERC/PR holders only.

Responsibilities:

• Support crisis and public communications activities, ensuring timely dissemination of critical information across multiple channels.
• Coordinate media relations, awareness campaigns, stakeholder communications, and public outreach initiatives.
• Assist in emergency preparedness exercises, incident reporting, and recovery communications during major events.
• Contribute to the development of communication plans, presentations, reports, and community engagement materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline with relevant professional experience.
• Background in crisis communications, issues management, or emergency response environments is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage urgent situations, and support operations during emergency activations.

Salary: US$30 – US$40 per hour.
