We are recruiting for a Company Secretary on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formation/incorporation and ongoing administration of a broad portfolio of companies and attending to statutory and regulatory filings where appropriate.
  • Draft minutes, coordinate and participate in meetings.
  • Oversee the notarization and legalization of corporate documents.
  • Collaborate with government bodies such as the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies, Monetary Authority, and DITC/TIA on routine corporate and regulatory matters.
  • Handle filings and compliance activities.
  • Ensure corporate records and documents are kept in accordance with Cayman Islands regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee and streamline the invoicing and billing processes.
  • Maintain and update the Register of Beneficial Ownership and manage all related submissions.
  • Engage with clients frequently through email and phone communications.

Requirements

  • A postgraduate qualification such as ICSA or similar required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Company Management.
  • Knowledge on how to navigate online systems like REEFS, CAPS and CORIS.
  • Background in mutual or private funds is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance, compliance and best practice.
