The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Analyst on behalf of our client.

Professional Growth: Opportunity to deepen expertise in AML, CFT, and regulatory compliance within a respected international law firm.

High-Impact Role: Direct involvement in risk assessment and due diligence processes that shape the firm’s global compliance strategy.

Collaborative Environment: Work closely with experienced professionals across multiple jurisdictions on diverse and dynamic compliance projects.

• Oversee client onboarding and due diligence processes, ensuring appropriate risk assessment, documentation, and escalation where necessary.
• Conduct reviews and screenings to identify potential regulatory, sanctions, or reputational risks.
• Advise internal teams on compliance and risk management matters, supporting adherence to relevant frameworks and procedures.
• Contribute to ongoing monitoring, audits, and broader compliance initiatives across local and global projects.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree and/or professional compliance certification (or in progress), supported by solid experience in regulatory or compliance roles.
• At least four years of hands-on experience within financial or professional services, with familiarity in key compliance systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and emerging sectors such as asset finance, fintech, and digital assets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills, with a proven ability to work autonomously and deliver accurate, timely results.
