The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join a leading corporate services firm. The Ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess extensive experience with diverse clients.

Responsibilities:  

• Provide support for a remediation project.
• Overseeing compliance operations, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
• Generating reports and monitoring transactions.
• Conducting portfolio reviews and coordinating training sessions.
• Monitoring and controlling day to day operations to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements and meeting all service standards.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Compliance qualification ACAMS certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Experience working on compliance remediation projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly in AML/CFT/CPF.
• Strong understanding of KYC guidelines.
