The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client.

Regulatory Impact: Play a central role in shaping and enhancing compliance and risk practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Leadership Development: Lead and inspire a team while contributing to strategic decision-making at a regional level.

Professional Growth: Stay at the forefront of regulatory changes and continuously develop technical and leadership expertise.

• Act as a key point of contact for regulators and advisors while supporting audits, inspections, and industry-related consultations.
• Provide strategic input and lead a team, fostering collaboration and a positive, high-performing culture across functions and regions.
• Identify and implement improvements in compliance, risk management, and service delivery, ensuring effective adherence to policies and regulations.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments, oversee compliance processes, and escalate issues or risks to senior management as needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, or financial administration roles, particularly within international fund and trust environments.
• Relevant academic and professional credentials in compliance or anti-financial crime disciplines.
• Strong leadership in managing audits, drafting policies, and reporting to senior stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• In-depth knowledge of AML/financial crime frameworks and oversight, including sanctions and transactional compliance, with proven experience in key compliance officer roles.

Salary: US$125,000 – US$140,000 per annum.
