The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a compliance team to ensure client onboarding and due diligence activities are completed in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
- Support senior management in enhancing compliance processes, systems, and technology to drive efficiency and improve client service delivery.
- Contribute to internal compliance training, documentation, and reporting to strengthen risk management and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain oversight of ongoing monitoring activities, including reviews, audits, and remediation, ensuring consistent compliance with internal and external requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and requirements, particularly in areas related to AML/CFT compliance.
- Proven ability to manage complex compliance matters and deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes while balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including team management, staff development, and effective collaboration with clients and regulators.
Salary: US$100,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
