The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Officer on behalf of our client. Initial 2 month contract. Immediate start. Open to Caymanian/RERC/PR Holders only.

• Support the oversight and execution of the organisation’s risk and compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and internal standards.
• Assist in evaluating internal controls and financial crime prevention measures, including AML/CFT-related processes.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and internal risk updates for senior management and relevant authorities.
• Provide supervisory oversight within the Risk & Compliance function, including deputising for key compliance appointments.

• Prior experience within risk, compliance, or financial crime functions in a regulated financial services setting.
• Working knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and risk management controls.
• Experience preparing regulatory or internal compliance reports.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or provide functional oversight to team members.

Salary: US$35 – US$38 per hour.
