The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Officer on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract. Immediate start. 

• Review compliance reporting systems and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to the Compliance team across all compliance-related matters as needed.
• Assess individuals to determine high-risk status or PEP designation, and manage the outcomes of these assessments appropriately.
• Assist in managing and maintaining accurate records of client complaints, ensuring all relevant registers are kept up to date.
• Conduct due diligence using approved databases in accordance with the compliance policy manual and promptly report any adverse findings to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and a relevant compliance qualification such as CAMS, or a demonstrated initiative to pursue one.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, due diligence procedures, and AML initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Salary: US$35 per hour.
