The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Officer on behalf of our client.

• Oversee the firm’s compliance framework and governance standards, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
• Advise senior management and the board on key compliance matters, regulatory developments, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage interactions with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders while ensuring smooth internal coordination across teams.
• Drive the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, training, and reporting systems to maintain operational and regulatory integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, along with a professional qualification such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent.
• Detailed understanding of the Cayman Regulatory framework including laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to AML/CFT/CPF.
• Viewpoint Experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent team working skills, ability to manage own workload and great attention to detail.  

Salary: US$100,000 – US$115,000per annum.
