The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Senior Administrator (Jersey) on behalf of our client.

• Lead assigned elements of the compliance monitoring programme, identifying control gaps and escalating risk exposures where necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve findings, manage onboarding and CDD queries, and support regulatory interactions.
• Contribute to risk assessments, compliance reporting, and the refinement of internal policies and controls.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in delivering staff training on regulatory obligations.

Requirements: 

• Relevant academic background with a recognised compliance qualification (ICA or similar preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a regulated environment, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
• Working knowledge of AML frameworks and local regulatory standards.
• Strong organisational capability, sound judgment, and effective stakeholder communication skills.

Salary: US$50,000 per annum.
