The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Administrator on behalf of our client.

Leadership Role: Take responsibility for managing and growing a diverse corporate client book.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily communications and administrative tasks related to entity formation and client onboarding.
  • Liaise with the Compliance department to ensure all KYC and AML obligations are met.
  • Prepare and file required documentation with relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Support other operations such as minute-taking, drafting resolutions, and maintaining statutory records.
  • Maintain accurate records and registries of client information within the corporate administration system.
Requirements:  
  • A degree in Business or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a similar role within a recognized firm.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, CORIS, CAPS, and related applications; experience with Viewpoint is an advantage.
  • Practical administrative experience within regulated entities is highly beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client interaction.
  • Highly organized, capable of working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • We are only accepting Caymanian/ RERC/ PR candidates at this time. 
Salary: US$65,000 – US$85,000 per annum.
