Temporary. Corporate Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Administrator on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract. Immediate start.

Responsibilities: 
  • Adhere to the company’s due diligence and compliance requirements, providing comprehensive support services as needed.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences as directed by senior staff, and provide timely, relevant updates on any associated developments.
  • Draft meeting minutes during team meetings, ensuring accuracy while handling all sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure secure storage of records, facilitating easy access for preparation and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage post-incorporation processes and annual file reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.  
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, working with corporate documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced in ViewPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in supporting executive leadership or senior management.
Salary: US$25 – US$28 per hour.
