The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Administrator – Regulatory on behalf of our client.

• Oversee regulatory filings and submissions, ensuring full compliance with local laws and deadlines.

• Manage monthly CAP filings and maintain accurate beneficial ownership records.

• Review, prepare, and file statutory data reports and CSV submissions in line with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure up-to-date adherence to the Cayman Islands regulatory framework.

• Strong, current knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory regimes and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience managing filings under the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act.

• Proficiency with CAP submissions and monthly CSV regulatory reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of statutory obligations.

Salary: US$50,000 – US$65,000 per annum.
