The Agency Legal Talent is assisting a well-known offshore law firm in search of a 3-5 PQE Corporate Associate to join the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman.

This is an exciting and somewhat rare opportunity to join an established brand that offers a broad range of top-tier work, as well as a supportive team environment.

The role would focus on corporate M&A (public and private), capital markets, funds and some occasional financing related matters. You would be working closely with Partners as they lead on matters, and be constantly client-facing.

The firm could offer a top-of-the-market salary, generous annual bonus potential, premium health coverage and 25 days’ annual leave. A relocation assistance package would also be available if the successful candidate is relocating from overseas.
