The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore firm to hire an Associate for their Corporate team in the Cayman Islands.
 
This is an opportunity to join one of the world’s top offshore law firms.
 
As part of a diverse transactional team, you would be working with key clients on an array of cross-border transactions.
 
As the successful Associate, you would be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and VC.
 
You would also regularly be involved in the firm’s business development initiatives and contribute to the development of the firm’s corporate practice.
 
Requirements:

• 6-8 PQE with corporate experience at a reputable law firm.
• Strong preference for local candidates.
• If qualified overseas, from an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
• A strong academic record.

 
The firm could offer a salary of US$190,000-$220,000 large bonus potential. Employees also receive premium health coverage and relocation assistance (if necessary).
