A top offshore firm is looking for experienced Finance lawyers to join their highly-regarded Jersey team, 4PQE up to Senior Associate. 

A strong academic background and experience as as a lawyer in a Commonwealth jurisdiction is vital. You should have solid experience in corporate finance and banking matters, particularly in real estate finance, funds finance, and leveraged finance. Experience advising from the bank lending side is preferred!
