The Agency is assisting a well-respected international law firm in search of a mid-level Corporate lawyer to join the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman.

The firm has an excellent reputation in Cayman for its pleasant working environment, work quality and rewarding progression paths. This role would be focused on public M&A and capital markets transactions and the successful candidate would be expected to run transactions from start to finish, with hands-on Partner support. 

Candidates should be around 5-7 PQE, with a public M&A/capital markets experience gained at a top law firm. Strong academics are also essential.

The firm could offer a salary of US$190-220k, market-leading bonus structure, premium health coverage and relocation assistance (if required).
