The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Manager on behalf of our client.

• Oversee daily client administration, including recordkeeping, regulatory documentation, and compliance support.
• Prepare and manage periodic filings and internal submissions, supporting broader organizational processes.
• Coordinate governance activities, including meetings, documentation, and interactions with external advisors.
• Mentor junior team members, contribute to audits, and assist with entity lifecycle management while ensuring quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus a recognized professional qualification.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory and compliance standards, including client due diligence and periodic reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, tech-savvy with industry-specific platforms, and highly detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to manage entity lifecycles, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality service in a collaborative environment.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
