Permanent. Corporate Services Manager

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients in regards to registered office and corporate administration services. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate administration team, monitor client requests and act as a point of contact and answer client queries in a timely manner.

As a senior member of the business leadership team, actively monitor current service delivery, assess strength and weaknesses and implement effective actions, thereby deepening the client relationship as well play a key role in managing the staff and providing strategic oversight and input to the running of the business. 

  • Must hold a Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • ICSA, ACIS or STEP designation or a recognized equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Viewpoint, REEFS, CAPS
  • Solid understanding of Cayman Islands legal and regulatory framework as applied to the financial services industry
  • Understanding of the workings and remit of the Registrar of Companies, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies
  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills  
Salary: up to US$140,000 per annum plus benefits.
