The Agency is recruiting for a Cost Accountant on behalf of our client.

Impact-Driven Financial Leadership: Play a central role in strengthening cost transparency and financial performance.

Strategic Exposure: Partner directly with senior finance leadership to influence budgeting, capital oversight, and long-term financial planning.

Operational Scale & Complexity: Gain hands-on experience managing high-volume transactions, payroll oversight, and multi-department cost allocation across a large healthcare network.

• Lead cost tracking, allocation methodologies, and variance analysis across multiple service lines and departments.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and external financial reporting.
• Oversee payroll costing, reconciliations, and compliance with applicable financial and government regulations.
• Support capital expenditure monitoring, budgeting cycles, audit processes, and executive-level financial decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree and Masters qualification in a relevant field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong command of financial reporting standards, ERP systems, and advanced cost accounting principles.
• Proven ability to manage payroll processes, reconciliations, and high-volume financial transactions with precision.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$123,000 per annum.
