The Agency is recruiting for a Country Manager on behalf of our client.

• Drive execution of group and regional strategies in the local market, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational objectives.
• Take ownership of business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer targets across all segments.
• Provide strong leadership to the local team, fostering performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while safeguarding the company’s brand, compliance, and reputation.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced qualifications.
• At least 5 – 10 years of relevant senior management experience in commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, exceeding targets, and managing complex operations in dynamic markets.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen, with the ability to build high-performing teams and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with adaptability to fast-changing environments.

 

Salary: US$170,000 competitive benefits and bonus package.
