The Agency is recruiting for a Country Sales Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact between external parties and stakeholders.
  • Manage the company’s financial status, ensuring business initiatives are aligned with the budget.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies within daily workflows.
  • Create strategies to drive business growth by cultivating relationships with clients and collaborating with other organizations.
  • Provide regular performance updates on the company’s overall progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline required.
  • Relevant insurance qualification preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a finance or insurance sector, including over 5 years in a sales management capacity. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities in complex, high-pressure situations. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly. 

Salary: US$180,000 – US$220,000 per annum plus excellent bonus and benefits.

Please note only on-island candidates will be considered and Caymanians and RERC holders are preferred.
