We are recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of our client.

• Generate and send daily automated reminders for outstanding client invoices.
• Oversee office bank accounts for incoming payments, verify transaction details, and record data.
• Collaborate with service providers, banks, and law firms.
• Handle internal and client queries about account statements, detailed charges, and duplicate invoices.
• Work closely with the team to manage overdue invoices and deliver required reports.
• Support invoicing processes, manage billing systems, and resolve related questions.
• Maintain and update the database to ensure information accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Handle high volume of customers monthly.
• Experience in a finance or legal office environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye on to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Salary: Upto US$57,500 per annum plus benefits.
