Temporary. Data Entry Assistant

The Agency is recruiting for a Data Entry Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a 3–4-month contract. February start.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and scrub data in spreadsheets and systems, including filing using Dataguardian.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Perform daily tasks such as photocopying, saving documents, managing document binding, and following procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Manage office supply inventory, update calendars, and schedule meetings for the team.
  • Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Viewpoint being advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt well under pressure.

Salary: US$16 – US$18 per hour DOE.
