The Agency is recruiting for a Digital Assets Audit Manager on behalf of our client.

Managerial Growth and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of juniors, honing your leadership skills while guiding and developing talent in financial services and digital assets auditing.

• Prepare client annual reports, address field audit issues, and assist in pre-audit planning for audit engagements.
• Review client accounting practices, operating procedures, and internal control systems while conducting audit tests.
• Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting and regulatory developments.
• Perform analytical reviews of audit documents and prepare documentation to support audit opinions.
• Develop client proposals, presentations, and other related documents.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Professional designation (e.g., CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience in managerial or supervisory positions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Digital Assets sector and a strong understanding of US GAAP and ISA standards.
• Solid understanding of business trends and key performance indicators that drive business growth.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
