The Agency is recruiting for a Digital Assets Compliance Officer on behalf of our client.

• Foster a strong culture of compliance by ensuring that all third-party management agreements are regularly reviewed, updated, and maintained.
• Develop and revise procedures and forms to align with current regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of the organisation’s compliance function, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other business units to support a unified approach to compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Prior experience in digital assets and blockchain is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of local compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
