Digital Payments Manager

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Payments Manager for a minimum contract period of 12 months.

The post holder will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the efficient and secure processing of all payment transactions. Your dedication will maintain the integrity of our client’s payment systems and enhance customer satisfaction through reliable and innovative payment solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee all payment processes, including electronic transfers, wire payments, and digital transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
  • Manage the payment processing systems, ensuring they remain current, secure, and efficient.
  • Implement robust monitoring systems to detect and address any fraudulent transaction activities.
  • Providing training and support the payment processing team to enhance their skills.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance payment processes and systems.
  • Maintain relationships with payment service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
  • Produce regular reports on payment activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in payment operations.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as IT, Finance, and Customer Support, to ensure smooth payment operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment processing and/or financial services.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, banking regulations, and digital transaction technologies is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and people skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and innovative environment while working remotely.

Please note that only Caymanian/ RERC/ PR Holder candidates will be considered.

Salary: US$7,500 per month increasing to US$8,500 after three months, plus benefits.
