The Agency is recruiting for a Director, Compliance & MLRO – Dubai on behalf of our client.

Regional Leadership: Lead compliance and financial crime oversight across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape governance and risk strategy.

• Oversee regulatory compliance, AML/CTF, and risk management activities across regional operations, ensuring alignment with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Lead and enhance the compliance framework, including governance, monitoring, reporting, and engagement with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Provide expert guidance on client onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and financial crime risk while supporting senior leadership on complex compliance matters.
• Manage and develop regional compliance teams, promoting consistent policies, training, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.

• Extensive senior-level experience in compliance, AML/CTF, or risk management within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and financial crime compliance, with recognised professional compliance or AML qualifications.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships, oversee high-risk client matters, and lead complex compliance programmes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience managing cross-border teams in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: US$110,000 – US$130,000 per annum.
