Are you a seasoned investment professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Investment Counsellor at Director level to join a high-performing team of wealth management professionals.

About the Role

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, providing discretionary investment management and wealth advice tailored to their unique needs. You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, managing complex portfolios, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all aspects of client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary investment advisor to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Deliver discretionary investment management aligned with clients’ goals and risk tolerance.
• Work collaboratively with financial planners and other specialists to develop integrated wealth strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance service delivery.
• Regularly review and adjust client investment portfolios to reflect market conditions and life changes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management or private wealth advisory.
• Proven track record in managing discretionary investment portfolios.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, estate, and tax considerations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• CFA designation and/or CFP certification preferred.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensing) as an Advising Representative under applicable securities regulation.

Salary US$175-225k plus excellent benefits.
