The Agency is recruiting for a Director – RORA on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Implement RORA business plans for the organization, actively seeking new clients and opportunities where possible.
- Continuously measure and assess the company’s performance against established thresholds and standards.
- Guide a large team to enhance business operations while developing training modules and workshops with clear objectives for team members to achieve.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and technical expert, handling all escalated issues effectively.
- Ensure that all data is handled sensitively, maintaining the highest standards of integrity, and where possible, utilize the most up-to-date systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of the funds’ services sector and fiduciary administration.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies; accreditation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, work independently, and solve problems under pressure.
Salary: US$180,000 – US$230,000 per annum.
