A major offshore firm is looking for a 2-6PQE lawyer specialising in Litigation and Employment Law to join their prestigious Litigation team in Guernsey, for a role that is 70% non-contentious and 30% contentious. Lawyers with UK discrimination experience are particularly sought after, and the role is open to all Commonwealth-qualified lawyers.

The remit includes advising on matters concerning data protection, directors’ duties, corporate transactions, and population management & immigration, as well as the the full spectrum of contentious employment matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and victimisation.
