The Agency is recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of our client.

Leadership Experience: Mentor and support junior team members while collaborating with senior management and external stakeholders.

• Prepare and manage comprehensive project cost assessments, from initial concepts to detailed breakdowns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope.
• Analyse market trends, labour, materials, and regional cost factors to provide informed recommendations for projects.
• Coordinate multiple estimates or bids simultaneously while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, while maintaining organized records and performing periodic cost analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Strong command of measurement, cost planning, and project financial controls, with proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in industry-standard digital tools for estimation and reporting, with advanced proficiency in common office and design software.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical strength, and leadership capability, with experience guiding or supporting junior team members. 

Salary: US$95,000 – US$115,000 per annum.
