The Agency is recruiting for a Banking & Finance Counsel to join an international law firm in the Grand Cayman. The firm has a positive reputation for its working environment and it could offer the successful candidate a fast track to Partnership.

The successful candidate would be working in a broad role with plenty of autonomy, advising on a variety of finance transactions, including fund finance, subscription finance, asset finance and other general lending transactions. You would also be contributing to business development and regularly attending marketing trips.

The successful lawyer should 7 PQE, prior offshore experience (preferably in Cayman), a strong background in banking & finance transactions at a well-regarded law firm.
