The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership and Development: As a proactive Finance Manager, you will gain valuable leadership experience by collaborating with senior management and offering training and support to develop the team.

Technical Excellence through Continuous Learning: You will be supported in maintaining and advancing your technical expertise through ongoing learning initiatives.

• Identify gaps or areas for improvement within the financial processes of business functions to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain standardized methodologies across the organization.
• Oversee the smooth financial operations of regional offices, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Act as a mentor to the team, identifying training opportunities and implementing initiatives to upskill staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all finance-related queries.
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of professionalism, while actively contributing to business development and bringing new opportunities to the company.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting designation, such as ACCA.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on improving financial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of financial operations in offshore regions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal finance software, such as Aderant.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, with a keen attention to detail.
