The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of our client. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Immediate start.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to a small finance team, supporting performance, workload allocation, and development.
• Make recommendations to the Financial Controller regarding work allocation and processes.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Follow up with Managers and Executives to ensure purchase order bookings and accuracy of Ledger codes.
• Support month-end, audit, and control processes, working closely with senior finance leadership.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight and maintain sound financial governance.

Requirements:

• BA or BSc and a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA).
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must have experience with Sage 300.
• Familiarity with PFMA, IFRS, PSMA, labor, pension, and health insurance.
• Proven background in finance management within a fast-paced, multi-activity environment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a hands-on management approach.
• High attention to detail, systems-savvy, and confident working to deadlines under minimal supervision.

Salary: US$40 – US$45 per hour.
