The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including billing, reconciliations, payments, reporting, and cash flow management for the Cayman office.
- Partner with internal teams to support complex transactional processes, ensuring funds are handled accurately and within strict timelines.
- Monitor financial performance, manage aged balances, and provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decisions.
- Support process improvements, regulatory compliance, audits, and the implementation of strong financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent finance management experience.
- Previous experience within a finance leadership role, ideally in legal, professional services, or a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, reporting standards, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and systems skills, including proficiency with finance software and Excel.
