The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Systems Manager on behalf of our client. This role is based in Jersey/ UK, with the possibility of remote work.

Empower Teams and Share Expertise: With a focus on training and supporting internal staff, this role allows you to foster technical acumen within the organization—bridging the technical gap between departments.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for resolving any issues related to the Aderant system.
• Ensure all systems operate effectively, with data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards maintained at the highest level.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners to apply industry best practices and methodologies when troubleshooting and optimizing system usability.
• Oversee and manage all data migration processes and system upgrades.
• Train and support internal teams, fostering a strong understanding of the system’s functionalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional environment with hands-on use of Aderant.
• Strong technical expertise, including systems troubleshooting and experience with automating systems.
• Proficient in data management languages such as SQL, and tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: GBP£80,000 – GBP£95,000 per annum.
